The R&R Suite removed all manual entry of data within the lab’s analytical production process, performs full quality assurance automation, and transfers all reviewed analytical results to the LIMS. The result is a significantly increase in the lab’s throughput by reducing its data production turnaround time from hours and days to within minutes.

ECI’s reviewed analytical results will be used by the Petrochemical Manufacturing and Refining Industries for compliance with the requirements of the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) reporting. Additionally, ECI will utilize the R&R Suite automation for scientific communication of analytical results for remedial investigations, feasibility studies, site assessment, compliance monitoring, and/or permit application for industrial, governmental, and engineering and consulting firms. As well, it will complement ECI’s on-going compliance following the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP).
